this blog is dedicated to my wonderful grandchildren -- my MAGNIFICENT 9!!! I pray they will enjoy reading this as much as I've enjoyed putting it together for them...

Effort...
Don't decrease your goal, or minimize your dream because it seems out of reach. Work harder, get up earlier, research longer, pick mentors' brains, and make it happen.
